Another achievement for this year's festive is jam tart. I took almost few hours for me to complete however the end product is quite tasty.
Ingredients for 120 pcs
1 pckt Pineapple tart mix from Bake With Yen
250 gm butter
2 egg yolk
1 egg beaten
400 gm pineapple jam
Pineapple tart mix
Mix the above mentioned ingredients
Roll the mixed flour
Pineapple jam
rolled pineapple tart before baking
Baked in 180 C
I personally like the flour mix from Bake with Yen as the taste is really good and crispy
